Been waiting 13 weeks now for a return to be processed and still have nothing to show for the money I paid. The item has been sent back and a credit promised, but now have had no reply to 4 emails. Matches really needs to up their customer service team.

Amazing!!! I was looking everywhere to purchase this brand that ship to Asia. And i didnt realized Matchesfashion carry home section. Please bring in more selections of this brand!! Packaging was superb! All my tablewares arrived safely! Big love!!!!

Wonderful without a hitch

My designer hat was ruined when it arrived, the box it was put in made the hat so flat and now it has creases all over it and has lost its original shape. I expected at least a decent size box but I didn’t get that

Ordered items last Saturday, paid the express fee to make sure I get them this week. 3 days later the order is still “processing”, nobody is available on the phone for enquiry, no answer to a mail. Seems like I may have wasted 12€ and who knows when the items will arrive. Next time I will place my orders (and my trust) with another company.

Very efficient and nicely wrapped. I will definitely use Matches again. I particularly liked the way the person who packed the goods added her name.

I love ordering on Matches even if it didn't work out. The shipping and returns process is so easy and straightforward. I can shop with peace of mind, knowing if something doesn't work out it's just as easy to return as to purchase.

This has been a terrible ordeal I had been through the process of ordering some shoes whilst attempting to purchase them the screen was buffing then suddenly refreshed. All my details had been cleared yet I immediately checked my balance and the money has been taken out this is extremely concerning as well as this I received an email shortly after stating would you like to finish your order implying I had not made the purchase which is correct yet I don’t understand why a few hundred of my hard earned pounds has been taken out of my account and gone into pending when the shoes had not been purchased.

Great and easy return and fast refund.
